The sensodrive C3 should be diagnosed with lexia clone tool because the sensodrive is a computer controlled system. The ECU for the gearbox will monitor and report faults which lexia can read. The codes read can help you look in the right place for fixing it.
I bought a second hand C3 1.6 16v Sensodrive a week ago and after three days there is a "Ghost in the Machine" i.e. Sensodrive. A software problem. My Citroen dealer installed the latest software update and said to me that the computer has to learn my driving style the coming period. I really do not like the idea of all that software.

I have a citroen c3 pluriel with sensodrive gearbox. When in AUTO, and slowing down the gearbox does not shift down correctly. Then starts to beep and the AUTO and SNOWFLAKE symbol flash until the car eventually cuts off, and will not restart. When i take the key out let the car set for a few minutes it starts back up.
Problems which are just part of the boxâs normal programming are that it can try to remain in second when slowing down and then accelerating at such as roundabouts and tight turns. Solution is to put it into first using the paddles, then accelerate gently until it changes back to second. Just a matter of practice.
Hi I m afraid our problem went away once the clutch was changed. I was really surprised by how much one side of the clutch had worn. Might be worth taking it to a Citroen garage to get them to set up thew clutch again or at least diagnose it.
